Premium Support entitles you to prioritised support ticket response times, and Telephone support during office hours.

Premium Support is an upgrade option, only available to users with current Standard Support and valid for the Standard Support period. Please see Support SLA Levels

Only purchase this item, if you have purchased a component within the last 6 months and have a previous Order Id. If not you will need to purchase the latest version of your component before upgrading to Premium Support.

Please note you may not be able to telephone technical support immediately, you will be sent an email as soon as your support period extension has been activated.
