Technical support is available only through our Support Ticket system. Ecommerce Solutions does not provide direct phone support unless deemed necessary through our support ticket system. Support and upgrades for 6 months are included.

Refunds

Ecommerce Solutions will only refund a payment if the component does not work on your site using a default Joomla template, and after we have been allowed access to fix any problems and failed to do so. You can evaluate our components on a Demo Site provided by Ecommerce Solutions

Software Licence Agreements

Licence Agreement - Commercial Licence
This licence agreement applies to software Products sold on this website under the Commercial Licence. Products sold under this licence are licenced on a per-domain basis. Support and upgrades for 6 months are included.

Licence Agreement - GPL Licence
This licence agreement applies to software Products sold on this website under the GNU GPL Licence. Products sold under this licence can be used on unlimited sites. Future upgrades are not included, and technical support is chargeable.

Documentation - GNU FDL Licence
Documentation on this website is provided under the GNU Free Documentation License. This gives the effective freedom to copy and redistribute it, with or without modifications, either commercially or non-commercially.

Suitablility
